Hi, I'm Kendelle, Founder and Director of The Ultimate Playground.

The Ultimate Playground is an outdoor education organisation dedicated to helping children thrive through nature, movement and play.

For more than eight years, we've partnered with families, schools, early learning services and educators to create meaningful outdoor learning experiences that build healthier, happier and more capable children.

From our Bush Kindy programs and family experiences to professional development for educators and curriculum-aligned school programs, everything we create is grounded in one belief:

Childhood belongs outside.

My work has always extended far beyond running outdoor sessions. It has been about building practical, evidence-informed programs that empower educators, inspire families and help schools embed outdoor learning into everyday practice.

Supported by professional training through the Centre for Ecological Learning and Wildlings Forest School, years of hands-on experience, and thousands of hours spent alongside children outdoors, I've dedicated my career to showing what's possible when we trust children with real play, real challenge and real connection to nature.

Today, The Ultimate Playground continues to grow as a trusted leader in outdoor education across regional NSW, delivering programs, training and resources that support families, schools and early learning services to make nature play an essential part of childhood.

Because this has never been about running activities.
